Prime Minister, Parliament Speaker nominate members of Georgian football team for Order of Honor

The Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze and the Chairman of Parliament Shalva Papuashvili nominated the members of the Georgian football team for the Order of Honor.

The Head of the Government made the relevant statement at the Republic Square, where fans and team members celebrated the victory.

“Today is the happiest day. This is the happiness that unites us. These guys are heroes, they will be nominated for the Order of Honor, every single one of them. I want to express my great love to everyone”, - said the Prime Minister.

For the first time in history, the national football team of Georgia will play at the European Championship.
