General registration for the 1st graders opens today

General registration for first graders commenced today, May 20, at 09:00 and will continue until June 13.

Parents and legal representatives can complete the registration process on the official website of the Education Management Information System at registration.emis.ge.

Based on the amendment to the Law of Georgia “On General Education”, starting in the 2024-2025 academic year, kids who turn 6 years old before December 1 will be eligible to register for the 1st grade.
