MP Davit Lortkipanidze commented on the detainment of Rustavi2"s supporters. As Lortkipanidze said, the confrontation which took place on October 2 was provoked by UNM. According to him  freedom of expression is protected in the country, but the lawmaker should not be attacked.

He reiterated once more that the judge"s decision on the pre-trial detention was not a political decision.

" Freedom of speech is protected in this country, there is no doubt about it, but when the members of Parliament are not allowed   to enter the workplace, it is a very serious problem.,"- Lortkipanidze said.
