Ana Natsvlishvili, a Chairman of GYLA stated that government"s interest to control the media environment is obvious.

"We see the government"s interest in controlling the media . They have interest  in such an important resource as  the most popular television and don"t want the opposition to control it.  So we believe that the decision, according to which Rustavi2"s assets were seized lacks  the appropriate standards of substantiate. The recent developments in Kutaisi prove it,"- said Ana Natsvlishvili.
