Whether Tamaz Urtmelidze Remains the Judge of Rustavis2 case will be known on Monday when the hearing of Kibar Khalvashi"s claim is scheduled.

Rustavi 2"s lawyers will demand the recusal of the judge and the reasons for the motion will be a criminal case against Urtmelidze`s mother.

In the meantime, the government is trying to neutralize Urtmelidze`s scandal.

After the information was spread in the "Courier" news program, the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Prosecutor"s Office issued statements.

Badashvili`s Ministry accuses Rustavi 2 of spreading false information. However, both structure confirm that criminal court casewas started against Mdinara Giorgobiani.

Tamaz Urtmelidze`s mother was charged only yesterday for a crime that took place almost two years ago.In addition, it was announced that the preventive measures will not be applied to Mdinara Giorgobiani.
