Irakli Tabliashvili suggests that there is a high probability that Judge Urtmelidze will not be impartial in regard with Rustavi2"s case. According to him, this case is important for the country"s democracy.

" Members of Government have to ask themselves, how impartial will the Judge Urtmelidze be and whether his verdict will be fair and objective.  At this stage the case of Rustavi 2  is the most important challenge for our democracy,"- said Mr. Tabliashvili.
