Ninia Kakabadze is in front of the City Court. A journalist says that the case against Rustavi2 is politically motivated.

"This is a dispute between Ivanishvili and Rustavi 2 . The obligation of the conscientious citizen is to defend a critical television.

I don"t agree with the opinion that Rustavi2 is a partisan television, but even if it was true , it doesn"t belong to the government. The government representatives can not even keep silent and hide their negative attitude towards Rustavi2," - said Ninia Kakabadze.
