Judge Urtmelidze claimed a few minutes ago that his mother is not his family member. According to him, he was distanced from the case, which is being held against his mother.

Urtmelidze also explained that a facebook status, published by his wife was not agreed with him.

Judge Urtmelidze made a statement after refusing to satisfy Rustavi2"s motion to recuse the judge.
