Nika Gvaramia commented on the recent developments and underlined that Rustavi2 is left without a fair trial.

" The recent developments are  comical. We are left without a fair trial, It is clear what will be Judge Urtmelidze"s decision. We will follow the procedures and gather the evidences that there is no fair trial for us. We will use this evidences there, where it will be needed.  I promise this to the Judge Urtmelidze, the whole judiciary corps and the government.

Judge Urtmelidze"s argument on refusal from recusation was funny.  He said that his mother is not his family member, therefore he can not be responsible for her. This statement will be too difficult to comment for me, because of  moral opinions.

 The process is politicized. Kibar Khalvashi"s statement today was a complete nonsense.

Ask Kibar Khalvashi, why had he arrived to Georgia via Azerbaijan secretly? Why he met with Gogi Topadze, who arranged his meeting with Bidzina Ivanishvili and what was the main issue of their meeting. If he will not answer, we will find  it out ourselves,"-said Nika Gvaramia.
