Rustavi2"s lawyers demand to attach the conclusion of independent experts to the case. The Lawyers have already appealed with this motion, but Judge Urtmelidze has not taken a decision yet.

As Zaal Udumashvili, a  Deputy General Director of Rustavi 2 states, the Judge"s statements are  unexpected and he may make a final decision today.

" But it will be an unprecedented decision in the history of the Georgian court," - says Mr. Udumashvili.
