Georgian Young Lawyers Association (GYLA) members believe that Tamaz Urtmelidze should recuse the case of Rustavi2. As Ana Natsvlishvili stated, there is a logical suspicion that the judge is biased and the Office of Prosecutor pressures him.

Non-governmental organization representatives commented on the video of torture and sexual abuse. As they suggest, the footage was released because of government"s interests.
