In a list of cases, discussed by the City Court are private debates connected with the private banks. According to the recordings of the court, some of these cases were discussed by the judges, who are creditors of these banks.

Tamaz Urtmelidze is one of these judges. According to the   Civil Procedure Code the judge who is a party of the case or is interested in it must recuse the case.

According to Tamaz Urtmelidze"s declarations he has loans at the Bank of Georgia and Bank Republic, but he still examines the cases connected with these banks.

The Jurists do not exclude that the  disciplinary liability of Tamaz Urtmelidze may be risen.
