The situation strained at the court after Rustavi2"s lawyers had  appealed with a motion  to recuse the judge.

Kibar Khalvashi"s lawyers don"t agree with the motion.

" I"m not defending Judge Urtmelidze. It is not interesting for me who will be the judge. Your goal is to avoid  litigation. Nika Gvaramia  started it. He made rough statements against the judge. 

Your declared mistrust must be a subject for doubt. You couldn"t submit any evidences except of your own doubts.  We have no guarantee that you won"t make the same in regard with another judge.

Either we or you  may not like the decision, so we can appeal against it. We have not prohibited freedom of expression. Kibar Khalvashi has already proved it and will do it again."- said  Paata Salia, Kibar Khalvashi"s lawyer.

The judge will announce the decision after 10-minute break.
