After an 8-hour hearing today, judge Urtmelidze scheduled next hearing of the case Kibar Khalvashi against Rustavi 2 on Monday at 10:00 a.m.

Out of seven motions filed at the trial, the judge satisfied only one according to which newspaper interviews presented by Khalvashi`s attorneys were rejected as evidence.
Today it became known that the director general of Rustavi 2, could not attend the court hearings any more . The decision was taken by Judge Urtmelidze and Nika Gvaramia was notified about it only then when he came to attend the session, .
Rustavi 2"s lawyers have appealed judge Urtmeluidze with the motion on the provision of the inflicted financial damage. They claim that Kibar Khalvash`s request regarding the seizure of Rustavi 2 property has caused serious financial damage to the company. The calculated financial loses in 2-month reached several hundred thousand dollars . The defendant`s lawyers asked the judge to oblige the plaintiff to deposit the money on the Common Courts .
