Hearing of Rusatvi2"s case continues at the City Court. The suit prepared by Kibar Khalvashi"s lawyers was discussed today.

Rustavi 2"s lawyers say that Khalvashi has no evidences for six points out of seven from his suit.

As for the seventh point, it was divided into two parts, and Khalvashi"s lawyers have presented evidences only according to the expert of the National Forensics Bureau. According to Rustavi2"s lawyers, the conclusion of the Bureau was based on the fabricated evidences.

Rustavi 2"s lawyers have also stated that the time limitation of appeal has expired.
