A testimony of Shalva Ivanashvili, the only witness of Rustavi2 case is over at tye City Court. During several hours of questioning witnesses answered on the questions of Rustavi2"s  lawyers. The  Witness  said that his report on the cost of Rustavi2 was not prepared in one day.

Shalva Ivanashvili said today that he has no questions on credibility of documents during the examination. he also underlined that Khalvashi"s lawyers have represented only two out of eight requested documents.

He was asked, why he requested six other documents, if they were not needed, or why he decided to start examination without all documents, Shalva Ivanashvili stated that even if he would  request, the claimant wouldn"t represent all documents.

After the questioning the sides will be able to use the right of the  final speech  and remarks, after which the decision will be made.  Is expected that Judge Urtmelidze will  announce a decision later today.
