The Health Minister commented on the case of Rusatvi2 and Gogi Topadze"s statement. He underlined that " property disputes are always specific."

According to the Minister, the Department of Health has a lot of such disputes this year, however he can not remember if such public attention was drawn to any of these cases.

My position is clear - this is dispute on a property, it will be discussed by the court . We should wait for the decision,"- said Davit Sergeenko.

He also commented on Gogi Topadze"s statement and underlined that it was MP"s personal opinion.
