A Court Proceeding on Rustavi2"s case continues at the City Court.

A decision of Judge Urtmelidze was followed by confrontation. Tamaz Urtmelidze has not satisfied a motion of Rustavi2 on exclusion of some evidences. After that Rustavi 2"s lawyers appealed with a motion to recues Judge Urtmelidze, but this motion was not even discussed. The Judge has noted that the broadcasting company has raised this issue for several times.

TV Company Sakartvelo"s lawyers said that the sitting was a "farce".

" You do not listen to us , but you believe in the swindler experts" statements,"- said Zaza Bibilashvili.

Tamta Muradashvili, Rustavi2"s lawyer stated that the judge is discrediting the court.
