The afternoon session of Rustavi 2 trial was noisy. The lawyers once again filed the motion on the judge"s recusal and on the exclusion of several evidences. Including the financial evidences, which as they claimed were prepared by incompetent person. However, Tamaz Urtmelidze did not satisfy Rustavi2 lawyers` motions, which was followed by noise in the courtroom.

Also today was questioned the plaintiff"s only witness, the financial expert of Samkharauli forensic medical examination bureau ,Shota Ivanashvili, who had prepared a conclusion about the price of the company"s shares.

The hearing of Rustavi 2"s case will continue tomorrow 11 o"clock.
