Judge Tamaz Urtmelidze gave the  explanation as to why the  Rustavi 2 trial was being carried out so  hastily. According to the judge, the intensivity of the trial is explained by  high public interest and according to the Procedural  Code one more hearing was enough  to complete the trial. He said that neither  the parties were constrained, nor the case was unprepared.
