Judge Urtmelidze has partially satisfied the appeal of the Rustavi 2 postponed the hearing for 11 hours. The Rustavi 2 Rustavi 2"s lawyers will deliver argument speech against Kibar Khalvashi tomorrow while broadcasting company representatives asked for the postponement till Monday.

Rustavi 2"s lawyers petitioned the judge to give them enough time to fully look into yesterday`s questioning of the only witness at the trial. Rustavi 2 also demanded witnesses 3-hour video footage of the questioning.

Rustavi 2 lawyers will be given the court records within an hours .

Kibar Khalvashi`s lawyers were against postponing the session. Today they did not rule out that if the judge made a decision in their favor it would be followed by immediate execution.
