Rustavi 2 and TV Georgia"s lawyers say the judge only partiallysatisfied their motion. Lawyer Zaza Bibilashvili said he requested the postponement of the trial until Monday, but Urtmelidze postponed the hearing till tomorrow 11 am.

Zaza Bibilashvili said that the lawyers filed the motion requesting the Protocol of yesterday"s meeting at 11:30 , but received the answer only at approximately12:15 . Bibilashvili says that Judge Urtmelidze managed in the same on September 30 to conduct four court hearing , consider Khavlashis" request, issue ruling and seize the shares of the company.

"Our task at this stage is to maximize restict the use of scope of Urtmelidze`s activities and maximally use ourprocedural rights. When he makes a final decision, it should be clear to everyone that this is absurd, unreasonable and illegal", - says Zaza Bibilashvili.
