Nino Kalandadze, one of the founders of the Society "Iveria" commented on the announcement of European MPs .

" This is probably the most severe tone  on the diplomatic language which I have ever heard from our international  partners.

 This is a tone used by west to talk with non-democratic , authoritarian countries and not their partners, democratic states. The issues such as pressure on media,  attacks on  political opponents and imprisonment of political opponents are discussed in the same context ,"- said Nino Kalandadze.

Salome Samadashvili, a former Ambassador to European Union  states that if events in regard to Rustavi2 will develop according to the pre-planned scenario, it will create problems for Georgia"s European Integration.

" It is important that the announcement is signed not by only one political party, but all political groups. Three largest political forces in European Politics  unanimously tell the government that if it will not stop their policy in regard to political opponents and media, The European future of the country will face a serious threat,"- Samadashvili states.

Batu Kutelia, the former Deputy Secretary of the Security Council underlines that if the problem will not be solved, it will threaten Georgia"s European future.
