Bureaucracy functions properly in Georgia, creating no excessive barriers for either business or citizens. The Prime Minister of Georgia said this, while commenting the Chandler Institute ranking, where Georgia ranks 25th in the world for bureaucratic quality and 17th among the European top-20.

As he noted, in this regard, Georgia is one of the world leaders, and this is also reflected in international rankings.
