The Deputy Prime Minister/Minister for Foreign Affairs of Georgia, Maka Botchorishvili, held a farewell meeting with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Swiss Confederation to Georgia, Heidi Grau.

During the meeting, the parties discussed relations between Georgia and the Swiss Confederation in both bilateral and multilateral formats.

Particular note was taken of Switzerland’s important role as an intermediary between Georgia and Russia.

The discussion also focused on issues related to the Chairpersonship of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) and cooperation within the framework of the Organization.

Maka Botchorishvili wished the Ambassador success in her future endeavors.
