Minister of Internal Affairs, Sulkhan Tamazashvili, together with Deputy Minister, Aleksandre Darakhvelidze, held a working meeting with Public Defender, Levan Ioseliani.

The meeting was also attended by Deputy Public Defenders.

The parties discussed the existing cooperation between the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Public Defender`s Office as well as prospects for its further development.

Sulkhan Tamazashvili reviewed the main areas of the Ministry’s activities and current priorities. Special focused was made on the importance of effective cooperation and coordination between the agencies. The parties also discussed plans for future cooperation and confirmed their readiness to further enhance the existing partnership.
