The Prime Minister`s statements regarding the hostile and unfair approaches of Eurocrats toward the Georgian people have drawn reactions across the political spectrum. According to Irakli Kobakhidze, the public no longer trusts the EU, which is a result of the policies pursued by European bureaucrats.

The opposition says, every step taken by Brussels is aimed at deepening democratic principles in Georgia.

Irakli Pavlenishvili, Deputy General Secretary of the "Unity - National Movement", states that the entire Western world holds a single position on the events unfolding in Georgia, and this position is based on commitment to the fundamental principles of democracy.
