Istanbul Airports cancel hundreds of flights due to heavy snow. Turkish airlines advise all passengers to check the information on their flights on the websites.
315 flights were canceled during last 12 hours. In addition to the airport, port activities are hindered by the heavy snow as well. Public transport also has problems. Schools and offices have been closed.
The snow began Sunday evening and is expected to continue until Tuesday night.
