The British investigators believe that Litvinenko was killed in order of Putin

Assassination of Alexander Litvinenko apparently was sanctioned by Vladimir Putin, says the 300-page report by the British investigation, which is published today.

According to the report, the former agent, likely was poisoned in order of Vladimir Putin and Nikolai Patrushev. London began to punitive the measures.

The Britain"s Ministry of Foreign Affairs summoned the Russian ambassador for an explanation. Moscow called the Robert Owen investigative report as provocative and politicized. Moscow warns London to take out the retaliatory measures.
