U.S. Defense Secretary Ash Carter made a statement  in Washington, during his speech to the Economic Club. According to him, Pentagon plans to increase the defese budget in 2017.

Ashton Cartes stated that  Moscow has turned into Washington"s growing challange and decisive steps are needed to stop it.

Within the frameworks of this initiative,  the United States will increase number of troops ,deployed on European bases and  joint exercises with  allies will become more frequent.
