The EU Commission President Jean Claude Juncker and the French Prime Minister call for immediate introduction of new regulations for the EU countries.

The regulations envisage the creation of a database of passengers. Juncker explained that the data is already available for law-enforcement agencies in some countries, however, there is no EU-wide system to collect information , which increases the risk of such attacks.

The French prime minister, who was in Brussels, said that Europe is now under the conditions of the war declared by terrorists.
