President of Ukraine, Petro Poroshenko, appointed as his the former Secretary General of NATO, Anders Fogh Rasmussen, who held the post up to August 2014 .

The corresponding decree was posted on the website of the President of Ukraine.

Moscow has already responded to this decision of Ukraine. Russian lawmakers perceive the move as a hostile gesture and say that such decisions are promoted by the Great Seven leaders, who want to use Ukraine as a bridgehead against Russia.
