US President has signed a bill that will allow the White House to levy further economic sanctions on Russia over Ukraine. The Congress adopted the document one month earlier. The representative of the Presidential  Administration has said that Washington has no immediate plans to introduce the sanctions.

Russian Officials have already commented on new Sanctions. The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia had phone conversation with John Kerry. Reportedly he has stated that the sanctions will affect the relations between Moscow and Washington.
