After 13 years of active phase in Afghanistan, "ISAF" Operation is completed. This event was celebrated by a special ceremony dedicated to the American soldiers in Kabul. Although the NATO operation is officially completed , in order to teach Afghan soldiers, the military will stay for 2 more years. Barack Obama thanked the soldiers participating in the military mission  yesterday  and called the completion of  the operation a historic event.
