Some refugees may stay without a state allowance . As the Minister for Minister for IDPs, Accommodation and Refugees states, IDPs will be differentiated and only those will receive the allowance, who really need this money.
The parliamentary majority believes that it is too early to discuss this changes, However say that the reform is necessary.

" We want to make some sort of differentiation and make focus on those refugees,m who really need assistance, who are socially disadvantaged," -states Sozar Subari.
