The Prosecutors" Office has not decided yet if an investigation will be launched on a fact of handing property to Judge Nazghaidze"s family.
Giorgi Gonadze, a Deputy Chief prosecutor states that specific individuals are being questioned.
" The issue is under study, when a decision will be taken you will be informed about it. "- said Giorgi Gogadze.
