"Such decisions are taken when actions are against Georgia or the interests of any country, and I was in Georgia as a tourist and my visit was arranged by the Georgian Tourism Agency," - Yuri Luzhkov told RIA Novosti news agency.

Yuri Luzhkov made comment in response to the comment of Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Georgia. Shalva Khutsishvili who told journalists that Luzhkov was put in "black list".
