Former Chief Prosecutor Otar Partskhaladze has been interrogated and left the police station. The law enforcers questioned him about the incident at the Club El Centro as a witness .

Former Chief Prosecutor was summoned to Old Tbilisi police station at 15:00.

Otar Partskhaladze categorically denies the attack on the head of the Audit Office. According to him, Lasha Tordia has not been physically assaulted. After the completion of the questionming, the former Chief Prosecutor noted that he had not received any compensation for the transfer of land in Vere Gorge.

Partskhaladze`s lawyer,Gagi Mosiashvili said that the independent investigation conducted by him shows that no wrongdoing in the case of Partskhaladze-Tordia is confirmed and therefore, his personal opinion is that the investigation should be stopped .

Gagi Mosiashvili also hopes that the the Club El Centro will provid video footage of the incident on May 13
