"The health condition of Afgan Mukhtar is very serious, he has been visited by a cardiologist who state that Mukhtarli should not be kept in custody. The condition of health is aggravated by the fact that Mukhtarli was beaten when he was transferred from Azerbaijan to Georgia, and now he has not been given the medicines prescribed by the doctor.
