Clashes continue in eastern Regions of Ukraine. Gunshots were heard near Donetsk. The  Separatists have renewed attacks in Peski.

Shelling occured in residential areas of Adeevka.  Local residents are injured.

The State of emergency has been announced in the eastern regions of Ukraine.

  President of Ukraine, Petro Poroshenko calls on  the EU to make Russia responsible. " I plan to provide the Commissioner with additional comprehensive information about recent developments in the anti-terrorist operation zone, including the blood-curdling terrorist act in Mariupol, as well as facts that the Russian side and the terrorists deliberately ignore the Minsk agreement. Crimes against humanity must be addressed adequately. We are going to refer to the Hague tribunal for these matters," - Petro Poroshenko states.

Russia has sent more humanitarian convoy to Donbas.  The Secretary General of NATO  has stated after the extraordinary meeting of the NATO-Ukraine Commission that escalation of violence is caused by Russian-backed separatists.

"In recent weeks, Russia has supplied hundreds of pieces of advanced equipment, including rocket systems, heavy artillery, tanks, armored vehicles and electronic warfare systems.

We call on Russia to stop its support for the separatists immediately, to stop destabilizing Ukraine and to respect its international commitments."- is underlined in a statement of NATO.
