The battle for Donetsk continues in Ukraine with updates of an increase in heavy artillery bombings. According to the latest report from the Ukrainian military, 9 soldiers were killed and 30 more were wounded in an artillery strike in the Donetsk Oblast. The situation has proven difficult for civillians caught in the crossfire between pro-Russian separatists and the Ukrainian army. Ukrainian soldiers remain unable to evacuate the civilians because of constant bombardment.
