Davit Usupashvili, the founder of the "The Development Movement" , will offer a new model of change of electoral system in a few days. The former chairman of the parliament considers that the main issue should be agreed upon and the initiative will give political parties the opportunity to do so.

Davit Usupashvili refrained from presenting a proposal and said that political parties should not give the majority the chance to adopt one-party constitution.
