The lawyers link the activation of the authorities of two countries against Georgia`s third president Mikheil Saakashvili is opposed to political motives and the fears caused by September 10.

Mikheil Saakashvili`s Ukrainian lawyer, Nikola Nedilkov thinks that the Georgian side is loosing by demanding the extradition of the third president of Georgia.

"If the Georgian side says that they are not initiators of extradition of Mikheil Saakashvili from Ukraine to Georgia, this means that the Georgian side is loosing this process and they are well aware that it is illegal and are trying to avoid both political and legal responsibility, but why the Georgian side is taking such a step? This is the Russian pressure on the Georgian authorities in order to remove Mikheil Saakashvili from the international political arena and neutralize his impact on Ukraine`s internal and external politics, "-Nicola Niedilkov said.

In his opinion, Ukrainian and Georgian authorities are taking hasty decisions.

"The activation of Ukraine and the Georgian authorities is a consequence of the fact that the return of Mikheil Saakashvili to Ukraine on September 10 is inevitable. Because of this, in speed they decided to manipulate with the documents, "said Nicola Nedilkov.

lawyer, Lawyer of Mikheil Saakashvili`s movement "The Ruch" Pavel Bogomazov, states that while Georgia wants Ukraine to extradite Saakashvili to Georgia, the demand for it should come from Georgia and not from Ukraine.
