"European Georgia" talks about the decline in investment. According to Zurab Chiaberashvili, a member of the political council for "European Georgia - Movement for Freedom", the situation is alarming especially in the field of energy. The party states that the wrong economic policy of the government will further increase prices in the country. Zurab Tchiaberashvili sees the way out of the situation in the reduction of taxes and bureaucratic expenditures.

"Increase in prices means poverty increase and unemployment. The source of these problems is low economic growth and decrease in investment, especially in the field of energy. When it comes to the increase of pensions, the amount of money needed is never found in the budget, while the bonuses and supplements are very high. The way out of this is what European Georgia offers to the government- that is a reduction in taxes, budget expenditure and the government`s tightening of belts, "-Zurab Chiaberashvili said.
