Tbilisi City Hall issued a permit for building eight-storey building for Kakhi Kaladze`s company although the construction of only low-floor houses is permitted .in the Nutsubidze 131.

After receiving a permit, Kakhi Kaladze has sold the territory to the "Archie Group". Ilia Tsulaia, a deputy of "Georgian Dream", who is the founder of "Archie Group", denies Kaladze`s connection with building on Nutsubidze Street.
Kakha Kaladze paid up to half a million GEL for 271 square meters on Nutsubidze street and construction permit . According to the Public Registry data, Kaladze gave the property to "Archie Group " for 13 times cheaper price- 38 thousand GEL.

The building in Nutsubidze is not the only case confirming the connections of Kakha Kaladze and the "Archie Group". It became clear that the company purchased the territory in Mindeli Street, only after Kaladze`s copmpany "Ushba Development"
received the territory by the Prime Minister`s decree as a result of exchange.

"Ushba Development", whose director is Ilia Kechakmadze, the closest member of Kaladze`s circle, has been operating in the past as "Kala Development".
