Davit Sakvarelidze, the Former Deputy Prosecutor of Ukraine,  a member of the Ukrainian party "New Forces Movement", is accused of organizing illegal border crossing The law enforcers have handed him a special protocol .

The case has been launched on the three articles of the Criminal Code : Illegal crossing of the border, arranging group disorder and resistance to law enforcers. All these issues are related to the developments, which took place on September 10 .

The former Deputy Prosecutor General of Ukraine states that it is unclear for him , what are the allegations.

" It is clear that there is no legal logic. They can not explain which border have we crossed- Ukrainian or Columbian,"- said Davit Sakvarelidze.

He is summoned for questioning on Monday at 10 am.
