"The Chief Prosecutor"s Office of Georgia and the Investigative Bodies are now unprecedentedly open ," the Minister of Justice has responded to the statement made by Transparency International Georgia.

Tea Tsulukianihas stated that everybody receives the information from the investigative body that does not hinder the investigation.

" Everybody receives the information that does not harm the interests of investigation and is permitted by law. If there are any complaints, the parties may present the arguments in the courtroom, "Tea Tsulukiani said.
