The case of Mikheil Saakashvili will be held in Lvov region today. At 4 pm.on September 10, the court will discuss the developments at the checkpoint. The case regards the administrative offense of illegally crossing the border, which, in case of approval, imposes fine as a sanction.

Reportedly, some part of the judges authority has expired in the district court, while some were unable to fulfill their function due to their health state. It is not yet clear how the court will consider the case of the leader of the "New Forces Movement".

However, Ukraine`s General Prosecutor Yuri Lucensko says that Mikheil Saakashvili will not be arrested in Ukraine regarding the border crossing case and will not be extradited.

"It is not yet known whether this process will be held because there is only one judge in the court and he does not want to discuss this case." The same thing happened when the Prosecutor`s Office was belated for almost two hours for Davit Sakvarelidze case , "-said Mikheil Saakashvili`s lawyer Pavel Bogomazov.
