Mikheil Saakashvilis lawyers filed a petition in Petro Poroshenko`s administration regarding the deprivation of citizenship. Attorneys requested the documents based on which the third president of Georgia was deprived of Ukrainian citizenship.

In order to restore Saakashvili`s rights, the dispute should be continued on the basis of this document.

"We have not been given the documentation based on which the President`s order was issued. We do not have the immigration service request for the deprivation of citizenship for Mikheil Saakashvili, the protocol of the Commission on Citizenship Issues and the rest of the documents on the basis of which this process was conducted. We filed the request for these documents at the President`s administration. According to the law, we should be responded within 5 days, "- said the lawyer Nazar Kulitsky.
