The head of the "Iavnana" Foundation is waiting for the request of the Prosecutor`s Office to submit the documents that Guram Akhalaia said would annul all charges against the charitable organization.

Shotadze`s office has launched an investigation into the alleged misappropriation and embezzlement of large amounts of money by the head of Iavnana charity foundation.

The investigation was launched on the basis of the statement of the vice-president of the NGO Young Financiers and Businessmen"s Association which blames the Foundation for misuse of funds for charitable purposes. The non-governmental organization relied on journalistic investigation but did not try to clarify the situation with the Fund`s representatives.
